USAGov provides info on government programs that can help you pay for food, housing, health care, utilities, and other basic living expenses. The Benefit Finder tool helps widowed parents find relevant government survivor benefits after you answer a few questions.

Pet Help Finder helps you find affordable pet resources, including veterinary care, spay & neuter clinics, vaccines, pet supplies and pet food assistance.

Toys for Tots provides free Christmas toys to children in need. There are instructions on the website on how to request toys through your local chapter.
